As the owner of Able Plumbing Supply in Philadelphia, Lee heard the needs of his loyal customer base looking to send their clients to a showroom with excellent service. A few short months after their twins turned 2, he told Rachel he was ready to open a showroom and she was the only one he trusted to do this with. 

 

Flow was created with the simple philosophy to "just be nice." This simple concept morphed into one of the most unique, beautiful plumbing showrooms in the country.  Rachel came with fresh eyes to create a space she'd want to shop in, while breaking the mold of what a typical plumbing showroom should be.
